Executive Director

Responsible for the overall institutional direction, stakeholder relations, and the integrity of Sysfond’s governance commitments. Reports directly to the Board of Trustees.

Director of Programmes

Oversees all programme design, implementation, and evaluation. Ensures that field-level delivery remains aligned with the institutional mandate and donor commitments.

Chief Financial Officer

Leads financial stewardship, audit coordination, and risk management. Oversees compliance with all financial governance frameworks applicable to Sysfond’s operating jurisdictions.

Director of Partnerships
